Short Term Rental, Long Term Lust

My husband and I use an app to rent out our basement apartment for short term rentals. Last year we had an attractive young doctor rent our basement for a couple of months. She and I spent some time hanging out and I thought she was definitely flirting with me on more than one occasion. I had fantasies about my husband and I taking her out to dinner and then back to her apartment in our house or her joining us naked in the hot tub on our back porch more than once. Maybe she'll book another stay with us.
