Spinning around like a lingonberry in a vagina
Directed by Lynx Ymir & Pris Juno, Catberry Juice is based on the Finnish saying “Pyörii niinku puolukka pillussa” which translates to "spinning around like a lingonberry in a vagina". No one knows the origin of this saying but it is now used to refer to people who cannot stay still and who are always doing too many things at the same time. The protagonist in this XConfessions short film wants to let the primal animal in her free and explore where the lingonberries lead her.
Wow, what an original XConfessions short film by Lynx Ymir & Pris Juno! I'm so happy to see a film from my Scandinavian neighbours in Finland and a brilliant performance by Lynx which beautifully and expertly captures the restlessness of “Pyörii niinku puolukka pillussa”.
