Norte & Sur

Norte & Sur is a team comprised of Carolina and Andrea. Carolina is a Venezuelan writer/director based in Paris and Andrea is a Canadian writer/director based in Toronto. They first met while completing their Masters degree in filmmaking in Paris, France. They both went on to direct various audiovisual projects on their own, for example, Carolina's short film, Wander, was selected in the festival, Paris Courts Devant (2016) and Andrea's web series, La Ville was featured in the Women in Film and Television Showcase at TIFF. 

Wet is their first collaboration in the realm of erotic adult content and draws on their common interest in creating and being a part of the new wave of feminist pornography. They both share a desire to expand their directing skills and experiment with different art forms, especially using their feminist lens and sensorial storytelling skills, particularly in Wet, to portray a female character in control of her sexuality.
