In Sanskrit, the word Tantra means woven together. It is an ancient Indian practice that dates back more than 5.000 years.
What is it about? Well, Tantra can't be reduced to just one thing. It is about not anticipating the ending; it's about liberating ourselves of expectations and enjoying the present sensations—it's about letting go.
Why control everything that is going to happen? If we silence our minds and free our bodies, we let them speak, and finally, we can enjoy the journey of pleasure.
Tantra has always fascinated me, so I needed to make a movie about it! I recommend trying it with your partner if you haven't yet. It'll make you feel closer than ever!
