Made To Taste

I think I’ve been in love with my best friend for years. Nothing has ever happened between us, but sometimes there’s this tension. A moment where we look at each other a little too long, or our hands touch and neither of us pulls away right away. Maybe it’s all in my head. But part of me wonders what would happen if one day we both stopped pretending not to feel it.
