Hayley is a Texas born photographer, living in Hamburg and Berlin. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, she moved to Berlin to pursue documentary photography. She earned an MA in photography in 2015 and works as a freelance photographer for various German magazines. Her photographs have been shown internationally at festivals and exhibitions including the LUMIX Festival for Young Visual Journalism, International Festival of Photography in Łódź, Triennal of Photography Hamburg, SiFestival of Photography Bologna, the Bielefelder Kunstverein, SiFestival of Photography in Bologna, and the Kunsthaus Rhenania in Cologne. Her series The Springs was shortlisted for the PH Museum Women Photographers Grant, and was published as a book by Kris Graves Projects in 2020.
